      OPEN SANDWICHES
  • Loch Fyne smoked salmon with caper cream cheese, pickled shaved shallot and peashoots on toasted sourdough.

  • Crushed avocado, chilli and spring onion with poached hen’s egg on multi grain.

  • Gammon ham with grain mustard mascarpone, slow-cooked vine tomatoes and baby watercress on farmhouse bloomer.

  • Egg Benedict – toasted English muffin, topped smoked cured ham, poached hen’s egg and hollandaise sauce.

  • Egg Royale - toasted English muffin, topped with Loch Fyne smoked salmon, poached hen’s egg and hollandaise sauce.
