Meet The Chef
Our Head Chef Allan, has been providing fine dining experiences for almost thirty years. He is an experienced and passionate food connoisseur and has worked in several different aspects of catering from fine dining restaurants, five-star hotels to corporate entertaining. He began his illustrious career at the Grand Hotel, Brighton and from there made his move to Central London to work with chefs such as; Brian Turner, Gary Rhodes, and the Roux brothers. He has had the honour of cooking for royalty, dignitaries, and celebrities. He has twice been a Grand Finalist in the prestigious Roux scholarship.
Now he has the pleasure of cooking for you, creating innovative dishes using seasonally and locally sourced produce.
